Warranty

The HenkelHook™ has been engineered to operate effectively for an indefinite period of time and is warranted for one full year to be free from defects.

Replacement is subject to the return of the product for recycling of components or environmentally friendly disposal by the manufacturer. Gallinger Shelving will make arrangements with the customer for the return of product.

Normal wear and tear and damage resulting from abuse and vandalism are excluded from warranty coverage.
